How can one create separate call detail record (CDR) in Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) for each balance impact on every new rate applied in a single session?
For example, there is a charge offer configuration where 0-2 minutes are charged for $2, 3-5 minutes for $1 and after 6 minutes for $0.5. The customer has been calling for 5 minutes and one needs to create three events, one for the first 2 minutes and the second for the next 3 minutes, etc.
