Invalid custom parse Error Opening Migrated Project in Oracle Policy Modeling (Doc ID 2997873.1)

Symptoms

After migration of an OPM project from 10.4 to 12.2.33.504 the migrated project won't open because of error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Install the new OPM version.
  2. Open the old project in OPM.
  3. OPM offers to migrate the project to the new version.
  4. Accept and follow all the default prompts.
  5. The migration is successful.
  6. Attempt to open the migrated project.
  7. Notice the error : Invalid Custom Parse.
  8. The project can not be opened, even though the migration was deemed successul.
