PDC-IE Plus Imports Failing Due To Incorrect IeLogLocation Path (Doc ID 2998339.1)

Goal

For all the new environments, while trying to delete and install Billing Revenue Management (BRM), the LogLocation parameter is getting set with the below incorrect path by default
i.e LogLocation=/u01/IE_HOME/apps/log

Howeverm it should set by default as below, otherwise Pricing Design Center (PDC) imports from PDC-IE are failing.
i.eLogLocation=/u01/PDC_SHARE

Actual Result:
PDC-IE plus import failed

Expected Result:

PDC-IE plus import should be successful without doing the below manual steps.
1. Go into pdc-deployment pod
2. Go to ImportExportPricing location
3. cd ../conf
4. vi "log-config.properties"
5. Comment #ieLogLocation=/u01/IE_HOME/apps/log and add new entry ieLogLocation=/u01/PDC_SHARE
6. After the above step, can continue with the actual PDC-IE deployment. 

Due to the above step-5, the user is getting the ImportExportPricing failures.
