When Using Primavera Gateway the Wrong Projects Are Included in the Job

Symptoms
When a synchronization has the flag "Include only updated data since last run?" random projects are added to the job. Only the projects that have been modified since the last run should be included in the job when using this flag.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a synchronization with the option "Include only updated data since last run" enabled. (This option may not be available for some flows)
2. On the Monitoring tab, click on the parent job
3. In the list of child jobs click on the parent job again and open the "Retrieve P6 Project Primary Key - Response" to get a list of projects that have been selected based on the flag "Include only updated data since last run?"
4. Check the list of childs jobs and find that it does not match the list of projects in the "Retrieve P6 Project Primary Key - Response" file
