CS Alert Creation Date Not Consistent On Audit Screen (Doc ID 2999723.1)

Symptoms

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access the application and Go to Alert summary screen opening an batch alert
2. Open Audit History
3. Verify the first entry of alert creation and date mentioned under date column

Actual Behavior:
The audit history screen seems to always show the first line "New Alert Created" with a date which corresponds the business date, rather than the date of alert creation.

Expected Behavior:
Date should the alert created date
