Is it possible in any version of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C), to configure Diameter Control Agent (DCA) to return custom Attribute Value Pairs (AVPs) in an Multiple-Services-Credit-Control (MSCC) AVP?
