Advanced Search Shows Different Result Between "Type Ahead" and "Search to Add" In Change Admin /Change Analyst List (Doc ID 3000512.1)

Symptoms

In the Advanced Search when a user uses the type ahead for Change Admin the result shows only the first 20 users, but when using the button "Search to Add" all users appear in the list of users.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log into Web Client.
2. Select Advanced Search option.
3. Changes Object Search
Attribute: Change Admin
Operator: In
Value: click space and type:   Result: 20 names appear
4. Now click the button "Search to Add" a lot more users appear in the result list.
