Reclass Flow clarification?

When RMS reclassifies an item, it generates two tran_codes, 34 and 36, one for the new hierarchy and the other for the old hierarchy.

In RI, the reclassified item passes through SDE_RETAILPRODUCTRECLASSTEMP. The new reclassified item is processed by PLP_RETAILFACTOPENFACT, which is responsible for inserting new records into the fact tables and G.
Subsequently, PLP_RETAILFACTOPENFACT updates/deletes old reclassified items from the fact tables and G.

However, since RMS generated a tran_code for the old reclassified item, it is inserted again into the fact and G tables by SIL_RETAILINVPOSITIONFACT, even though PLP_RETAILFACTOPENFACT deleted the old item.?
