DCA Does Not Extract AVPs from CCR-U After a REDIRECT

Symptoms
On all Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) versions up to and including 6.0.1, Diameter Control Agent (DCA or diameterControlAgent) does not extract Attribute Value Pairs (AVPs) sent in the Credit-Control-Request (CCR) UPDATE_REQUEST after a REDIRECT action.
This can be reproduced by configuring DCA to return a REDIRECT Final-Unit Indicator (FUI) Action, triggering an FUI scenario, and sending updated/new AVPs in the subsequent UPDATE_REQUEST CCR.
Due to this, AVPs that should be extracted and passed to Advanced Control Services (ACS) are not and any service logic that requires them will fail.
