Symptoms

User reported issue with Tag 21 values displayed in UI for MT101 payments.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Post a message with tag 21
2. verify the transaction reference column in alert list page for newly created alert

Actual Behavior:
transaction reference of new alert is updated shown as N/A

Expected behavior:
transaction reference of new alert should be the value of the tag
