ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

---------------

Password Reset script utility does not work even when correct security answers are provided.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------

When the utility is executed , it should reset the password successfully.

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to $FIC_HOME/utility/userpasswordreset/bin

2. execute ./resetpass.sh <USER_ID>

3. provide the security answers

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot able to perform reset password using the utility
