Unable to Checkin or Cancel Checkout the Design Files in Agile if the if User Is Deactivated (Doc ID 3000855.1)

Symptoms

Unable to checkin or cancel checkout the design files in Agile if user is deactivated. Also, there is no file in Files tab and user has not added any file.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet.
  2. Log into Agile Web Client.
  3. Search for the design and open it.
  4. Version of design object is [1] Introductory
  5. No files present in Files tab.
  6. Click on History Tab, File related information is not present in History tab also.
  7. Both checkin and cancel checkout options are disabled for the design file.
