Performance Problem With Zipper UI FCCM After The Deployment Of R123 (Doc ID 3000893.1)

Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Install patch 808217 of sanctions 

Step 2 : Check if alerts can be closed without issue.

Issue Encountered :

The system does not work as it did before the deployment of R123, and the ALERTS CANNOT BE CLOSED PROPERLY.

After pressing the save and close button, the system loads for approx. 3 minutes, after which it does not return to the screen
