Symptoms

After installing any version of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), the default eserv.config file on the Voucher Wallet Servers (VWS') has default configuration that is not valid:

Both the above parameters are invalid and do not impact any process on the VWS.  They merely add confusing when tuning the grovelling subsystem.
