System allows the user to enter Negative Quantity in manual replenishment Screen


Steps to Recreate:

1 - Enter the container number
2 - Enter the Zone code
3 - Enter the negative quantity
4 - Use the "SHIFT +TAB" keys
5 - Use the "F4" key
