Goal

When using REST API updateBpRecord to submit a record to the next step, the Assignees in record Workflow Progress log window are not the assigned assignees.
For e.g, the record step assignee is user A. When user send the Business Process(BP) record to this step with REST API method updateBpRecord, the Assignee changed to user B instead of original assignee user A in Workflow Progress log.
