PO induction is not working properly with Custom Flex Attributes(CFA) during PO

PO induction is failing with below error in RMS
NONE - UNHANDLED EXCEPTION/VALIDATION ERROR
Error ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS15.SVC_CFA_EXT_U1) violated returned by program unit CORESVC_PO.GENERATE_ORDER_NUMBER.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Upload the Order Spreadsheet (PO induction) file to create an Order.
1a. Make sure you have the CFA tab for ORDLOC.
2. Notice the error in the UI. @0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMSUSER.SVC_CFA_EXT_U1) violated@2CORESVC_PO.GENERATE_ORDER_NUMBER.
