Removal Of Default User In The Dropdown Of Assignee And Owner List In Take Action Page (Doc ID 3001574.1)

We have a requirement from the client where they do not want a default value to appear for 'Set Case Assignee' and 'Set Case Owner'.

The user 'ECMANALYST' appears by default when we click on 'Set Case Assignee' and 'Set Case Owner'. This is creating confusion for the end users, and since they directly click on save without changing the user, all these cases get assigned to the wrong user. The client has requested to make these two fields empty. So that the user is forced to click on the dropdown to select the user they want to assign the case to.

Kindly provide the steps to achieve this.
