Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Check restarting the Fic and weblogic server in disaster recovery setup.

Step 2 : Check if it is starting fine or having issue with startup.

Issue Encountered :

User reported FIC and WebLogic Servers not starting up and stuck in middle.
