Symptoms

Received acks from EMA and available in the incoming folder on Axway.
Files are not picked by interchanges service from Axway incoming folder.


Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Send ICSR report to EMA via Axway gateway
2. EMA sent ack back via Axway
3. .ack file is sitting in the incoming folder in Axway. It is not processed even after restarting the interchange services.
