Unrelated Change Objects Are Shown In Workflow Routings Tab (Doc ID 3001811.1)

Symptoms

Change objects not related to logged in user is seen in Workflow Routings tab.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client - http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Check the workflow routings tab on Home Page.
3. Unrelated Change objects are listed in tab.
