Symptoms

Screen becomes blank intermittently when working with ReIM application. This is mostly observed in Summary Match screen and EDI Maintenance screen.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Navigate to Summary Match screen or EDI Maintenance screen.
  2. Try to perform activities in the respective screen multiple times.
  3. Notice that screen becomes blank intermittently.
