Last updated on FEBRUARY 05, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing Cloud Service - Version NA and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On RMB v3.1.0.0.0, Wrong values populate into RECORD_IDENTIFIER columns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Wrong value populates into RECORD_IDENTIFIER columns when file loaded through FRT.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
We do not expect 1 extra character to show up at the end of values in the RECORD_IDENTIFIER columns.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load any fix position file.
2. Record Identifier column shows as blank in the UI.
3. In DB table c1_file_request_identifier, it seems showing 1 character extra at the end for RECORD_IDENTIFIER1, RECORD_IDENTIFIER2....RECORD_IDENTIFIER4.
  - For ex., ideally value for RECORD_IDENTIFIER1 should be 123455678900 not 1234556789001.
