Unable to Complete DLRD Task For PSR Order. Error Indicates The Connections or Circuits For This Service Request Are Not Complete. (Doc ID 3002587.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to complete the DLRD task for a PSR order with a new circuit(s) that need to be placed "In Service". The error below is received immediately after right-clicking on the DLRD task and selecting "Complete Task(s)...".

 

NOTE: The behavior also applies to the RID task or any other custom Task Type configured to perform the same function.



Error Text ("connections")

The connections for this service request are not complete.
Please complete (or reverse if the order has been cancelled)
the required engineering before completing this task.

The [TASK_TYPE] on row #1 is violating the constraint

The order number is [ORDER_NUMBER]
The circuit ID is [EXCHANGE_CARRIER_CIRCUIT_ID].

 

Error Text ("circuits")

The circuits for this service request are not complete. Please
