SAML Single Sign-On(SSO) Configurations Are Lost After Clearing Server Cache And Restarting Application Server (Doc ID 3002711.1)

Symptoms


Clearing Agile application server cache and restarting the server will lead to loss of SAML for SSO configuration.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to WLS console (http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/console) and configure SSO using SAML configurations.
2. Stop Agile application server(s).
3. Delete the server cache under agileDomain/servers folder.
4. Restart the server(s).
5. Check WLS console and find that SAML configurations are missing.
