Work Queue View Problem - Editing View to Remove Columns Does Not Save. (Doc ID 3002806.1)

Symptoms

Within the last week or so, a couple of users reported Work Queue Manager columns they have hidden using the "View > Format Fields..." feature reappear after closing and reopening the application. For example, in the "Specify Visible Columns" window (w_dwcolumn_mstrdualmaint), the last_modified_date, exchange_carrier_circuit_id, and serv_req_related_pon columns were moved from "Visible Columns" to "Invisible Columns". The users indicate this previously saved, but now the columns keep reappearing.
