On : 14.0.1 version, RIB Operations

Why is that RIB messages are not getting processed ?

In Prod environment, RIB messages are stuck on topic and not getting processed.
No change was made at application or server level. Server was rebooted as part of maintenance process. RIB messages stopped processing after that. ?
