Symptoms
InForm In-place upgrade from InForm 7.0.0.1 to 7.0.0.1 was failing with below error message, not only this .dll file, registering of many other .dll fails have failed during the upgrade.
Registering the InstallUtil Application PFModelUpdaterService.exe FAILED!
Failed to Update InForm System. Error Code: -1
Failed to Upgrade All Trials. Error Code: -1
