Symptoms
Unable to perform any 'action' for a Discrepancy ID, after 'Full Record View', unless Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench User Interface is refreshed. It displays below error:

Pop up Window Title: Manage Discrepancy Error
Pop up Window Error Details:
The Discrepancy you are trying to modify is stale. ID=<#######> .
Discrepancy was MODIFIED(#) since the last time you viewed it(##) .
Please refresh the UI.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
====================
1. Open DMW
2. Navigate to Discrepancies.
3. Select a Discrepancy and click on View => "Full Record"
4. Open the Full Record window.
5. Choose any of the options on the list.
6. Then chose the ‘Site response required’. At this moment the user gets the error message "The Discrepancy you are trying to modify is stale..."
This is an inconvenience as every time you do a 'Full Record View', you are unable to perform any other action, unless to refresh DMW UI completely.
