Unable To See 'Priceitem Group Selection' Action Button After Making The Changes In Approval Profile

Goal
On RMB v5.1.0.0.0, Unable to see 'Priceitem Group Selection' action button after making the changes in Approval profile.
We have a requirement that one Role should be allowed to create a deal as well as approve that deal. To meet this requirement, we configure a Deal profile with this role profile in L0 and L1 level. Due to this change, these users can create the deal as well as approve.
So we have below 2 profiles:
Role Profile 1: with same role in L0 and L1 level
Role Profile 2: all the levels have different roles
In this case when deal is created with Role Profile 1, the action button 'Priceitem Group Selection' does not show up. However in case of Role Profile 2, this action button shows up.
This is not the expected behavior. We want to have the same user create a deal and also approve it. Please advise how to do this.
