Goal

On : 6.6 version,

DocuManage Online URL failing to Come up after the service account password rotation

DocuManage application has the below components:


DocuMaker 12.5 (DAP PATCH 12.5:P00)
DocuPresentment (IDS) 2.8
Documanage Bridge 3.5.1
Documanage Router version is 6.5.0.5
Documanage Server version is 6.6.0.5

We have migrated from one domain to new domain due to company transition.

Recently we performed a new domain service account password rotation, after that the Documanage Bridge failed to start.


How can this be resolved?
