ECM 8125- CAR Case Creation Failed (Doc ID 3003955.1)

In ECM 8125, for CAR case creation, when we have same customers, same accounts but multiple customer account role codes, CAR case creation is getting failed . The system will generate a "Save Failed" error message. Additionally, the case status will remain "Investigation" despite having the audit history capture the action. User must reload case for the status to change to closed-sar filed.

We have seen below error:
ORA-00001: unique constraint (OFSAAATM.PK_1819) violated
ORA-06512: at "OFSAAATM.PKG_CAR_CASE", line 2943
ORA-06512: at line 14
