Goal

Oracle recommends using twin cores, each running at 1.5 GHz CPU, as a minimum hardware requirements for Pricing and Design Center 12.0 version(PDC 12.0).

Q: What does "twin cores" mean? Is it equivalent to two virtual CPU (vCPU) for Virtual Machines (VMs) or one dual-core processor?
