Goal

Customer business requirement is to have data encrypted and masked. Customer needs some more clarity on use of decrypted information.

Questions:

1. Can we use AES in BRM version 12 new implementations ?

2. In case of OZT encryption method, will the decrypted information be available in an API output ? Certain applications with access to BRM APIs will require the decrypted. information.

3. Can i search the encypted information with decrypted text in parameters ?

For ex : If name Xyz is encrypted. Can i make a database (DB) search with text "Xyz" .

OZT - Oracle ZT public key infrastructure (PKI) encryption algorithm
