How to Get More Comprehensive Error Info On ORMB UI Like DBMS Batch Log (Doc ID 3005116.1)

Goal

On RMB v5.1.0.0.0, Need a detailed error log on ORMB UI as it shows for DBMS_Scheduler Batch log.

When a batch gets into error, the logs for DBMS_Scheduler log (from backend) show more comprehensive info. However, the ORMB UI shows very limited details.
We need detailed error messages on the UI as well. It will take some corrective action for rerunning/resubmitting the failed item(s).

Currently Batch is throwing an error, and on the application UI, Scheduler Job Monitor's error details only shows "Cannot submit the job".
We need more detailed info there.
