Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.3 version,
When attempting to save the InForm Configuration in Development lifecycle,
the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. From DMW open a study and go to "Study Configuration"/"Clinical Data Model".
2. Select the InForm Data Model and go to "InForm Configuration" tab.
3. Configure InForm Connector for Development lifecycle.
4. Attempt to save the changes.
