No STA on Account Closure for STR (Doc ID 3005575.1)

Symptoms

Issue is that that there is no STA (Session-Termination-Answer) for STR (Session-Termination-Request) on account closure, so DRA (Diameter Routing Agent) is sending UNABLE_TO_DELIVER error to PGW (Packet Gateway).

Scenario:

  1. Take an active customer account and initiate SLR (Spending Limit Request)
  2. Update the status of the customer as Closed (and Delete the customer using PCM_OP_CUST_DELETE_ACCT)
  3. Send STR for the customer
