Address Book And Calendar Are Inaccessible In Convergence Webmail (Doc ID 3005628.1)

Symptoms

On: Oracle Communications Convergence 3.0.3.2.0


Address Book and Calendar Server are inaccessible in Convergence webmail after a VM-level restore from backup on all Front-Ends (3).
The 3 Front-End servers have MySQL Router installed to route DB traffic to the appropriate backend MySQL server.

A problem occurred which resulted in the need to restore all three Front-End servers from backup due to an issue where 3 Front-End servers' Guest OS was corrupted. The restore consisted of a VM-level backup so it's a full clone of the entire Front-End stack. After the backup and restoration and upon logging into Convergence webmail, the Address Book and Calendar show as not available.
