Object Migration Import Dump File Dropdown Not Populating

Symptoms
In Object Migration, the Import dump file drop down shows blank list.
After exporting from another environment and placing the dmp files in restore folder, while importing, the dump file drop down does not show any list of .dmp files.
Shows "No matches found" under Dump File.
This was previously working some time ago.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy .dmp file from another environment to restore folder
2. Navigate CommonComponents -> Object Migration -> Import Objects
3. Create a new outline and check list of .dmp files.
