ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

When Sup Inv Mgmt Level is set to Supplier / Loc, we’re supposed to inform a location in order to maintain the proper level data.

The point is, when no location is informed (when the screen opens), the bracket costing options are available and, if the user tries to create a bracket, the system ends up in error due to constraint validation.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR :

Users should not be able to create a bracket costing when supplier inv management = Supplier/Loc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE :
-----------------------
1. Create a supplier with supplier inv management = Supplier/Loc.
2. Create a supplier site for that supplier.
3. On the supplier site, open the Supplier Inventory Management screen.
4. Without informing a location, try to create a bracket costing.
5. See the error.
