Goal

CUG Rule is getting evaluated as false while working on closed user group configuration(CUG) in Pricing Design Center(PDC)

6) Performed rating using seagull simulator and made call from A number to B number
7) The rule is getting evaluated as "false" because the ORIGINATING value is picked correctly as CALLING_FROM value and CUGE5 but TERMINATING value is coming as null.
8) PFB the ECS logs

Any configuration is missing here?
