Goal

It was observed that after importing discount configuration in Pricing Design Center (PDC), realtime pipeline is auto triggering the restart.

Steps followed:
1. Import new discount in PDC using importexport utility
2. Automatic restart is happening for realtime pipeline.
Note: the problem is that the new orders (purchase any discount) are hanged during restart.
