Batch screening failed with Badpadding exception

Steps to Reproduce: Run the CS Batch

Issue Encountered:
Trying to fetch EDQ server details
Successfully fetched edq server details
Trying to decrypt password
Error occurred: [ClsUCntSecUtilFuncs] Error in decryption javax.crypto.BadPaddingException: Given final block not properly padded.
