User Authorization | Wrong Message For User Rejection

Symptoms
In User Authorization screen, if we click on Reject, confirmation message that is displayed says 'User has been Authorized' while it should be 'User has been Rejected'
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to sysadmin.
2. Create user
3. Login to sysauth
4 Reject the user.
Expected result:
The message should display as “ User is rejected”
Actual result:
The message is displaying as “ User is authorized”
