High Latencies DGW Sy Traffic And PCRF Outage (Doc ID 3006828.1)

Symptoms

High latency is found greater than 3 seconds from the Diameter GateWay (DGW) Sy interface recently. Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) is getting down or hung due to this high latency, which results in the JAVA process hung and creating outages.
