Symptoms
IN ECM 8124 , Assign to me button works differently from case list grid page and inside case details page
1. From Case list: For any closed statuses, If we click on Assign to Me button, it shows message
One or more of the selected cases are in a closed status. To save this action(s) select at least one status-changing action.
2. For same closed case, if we click on Assign to Me button inside case details page, case assignment is done success.
