When Configuring the P6 Provider in Primavera Gateway the Error "Cannot retrieve OAuth token" Occurs (Doc ID 3007483.1)

When attempting to configure the P6 Provider in Primavera Gateway, the following error occurs.

Error in Connection. Verify connection parameters and try again.
The response was: Connection unsuccessful, Please verify the API configuration.
Cannot retrieve OAuth token.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit the P6 Provider in Gateway
2. Set the "P6 Webservices authentication type" to OAuth
