Getting Error "Object already in use" When Delete the Subscriber (Doc ID 3007581.1)

Symptoms

Getting error "Object already in use" when deleting the disabled subscriber.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Java Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/JavaClient/start.html
2. Log into Agile PLM Java Client as specific user
3. Navigate to Admin->System Setting->Agile Content Service
4. Open Subscribers
5. Try to delete the subscriber which is disabled
6. Received Error: Object already in use
