On : 16.0.1 version, Cost change, Production Environment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Wrong cost change values

When creating a cost change at item level with 3 items for the same supplier site, choosing the change type of percentage one of the items gets change type Fixed price.
This will generate wrong cost for the item with fixed type change.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When creating a cost change at item level with 3 items for the same supplier site, choosing the change type of percentage, all costs should be changed by percent.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Create cost change by item - add reason code, description and effective date
Step2: add item 1 with change by percent 10
Step3: enter item 2 from the same supplier site with change by percent 10
Step4: enter item 3 from the same supplier site with change by percent 10
Step5: validate calculated values for the 3 items
Step 6: Validate in the database the calculated value and the type of cost change (two items are by percent, one is fixed price)
Step6: Validate costs by entering again in the cost change edit mode
