Symptoms

Validating Argus Safety Signal Configurations received Validation Error like below:

 

Checking Configuration 'ARGUS (S)'
No valid Hierarchy Account specified in 'EVENT_HIER_VERSIONS' Hierarchy Version Table.
Configuration 'ARGUS (S)' has errors.

Checking Configuration 'ARGUS (S+C)'
No valid Hierarchy Account specified in 'EVENT_HIER_VERSIONS' Hierarchy Version Table.
Configuration 'ARGUS (S+C)' has errors.

Checking Configuration 'Argus Spontaneous (S)'
No valid Hierarchy Account specified in 'EVENT_HIER_VERSIONS' Hierarchy Version Table.
Configuration 'Argus Spontaneous (S)' has errors.

Checking Configuration 'Argus Spontaneous (S+C)'
No valid Hierarchy Account specified in 'EVENT_HIER_VERSIONS' Hierarchy Version Table.
